Wherever you are on your health journey, tools are tucked along the pages to solve your habit and routine problems, goal-setting struggles, and mindset challenges.
As an early childhood teacher, I fell in love with being curious, making observations, and writing. Those skills have served me well as a mother of four, health enthusiast, marathon runner, and entrepreneur. While setting goals in these areas of my life, I began to notice I felt agitated that some goals I could reach easily and others seemed out of my reach. As I continued to grow and learn about myself, I encountered several traumatic events. I struggled with self-confidence and allowed a victim mindset to keep me stuck in several areas of my life.
While still practicing mindset strategies and building new habits and routines, I wanted other women who are transitioning from difficult spaces to learn and grow with me. I wanted to create a space for encouragement, growth, and self-discovery! So, if you are struggling with an “I’m stuck” mindset, you have come to the right site!
When I’m not creating content, teaching, or coaching, you’ll find me hanging out with my teenagers, moving my body, reading a good book, or soaking up the sunshine near water or in the woods.
